Terms of Service

We provide websites, landing pages, custom apps and PWAs, AI systems, digital business cards, consulting and curriculum development. Each engagement is defined by a written scope confirmed before work begins. Anything not listed in that scope is a separate, separately quoted project.

Prices are in U.S. dollars and payable in advance unless a written payment schedule says otherwise. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. All sales are final — see our Refund Policy.

You are responsible for supplying accurate content, brand assets, account access and timely approvals, and for holding the rights to everything you give us. You are responsible for the legal compliance of your own business, offers and claims.

On full payment you own the final deliverables produced for you. We retain ownership of our underlying frameworks, templates, tooling, code libraries and processes, and grant you a non-exclusive license to use them within your deliverable. Third-party platforms, fonts, images and plugins remain governed by their own licenses. We may display non-confidential work in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.

Builds may connect to third-party providers (payment processors, CRMs, hosting, AI providers, scheduling and social platforms). We do not control those services and are not responsible for their outages, pricing changes, policy changes or data practices.

Services are provided "as is." We do not guarantee specific revenue, leads, rankings, traffic or business results. Nothing on this site is legal, tax, accounting or financial advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits or data.

You may not use this site or our AI assistant to submit unlawful, infringing, harassing or deceptive content, to attempt unauthorized access, or to scrape or resell our materials.

We may pause or end an engagement for non-payment, abusive conduct or repeated failure to provide required materials. Amounts already paid are non-refundable.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, and disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
